One of the most coherent and gripping records I came across in a long time and to which I return constantly since its release, more than a year ago. Fluisteraars's outlandish and primal aesthetic it's a perpetual summoning to a gratifying state. All three songs radiate a ritualistic and spellbinding energy, exhibited by tensed drumming, assertive riffs and psychotic howls, balanced perfectly through organic, soothing transitions. An alluring piece of pure poetry to which I bow in reverence!

When I said before that Chaos Moon's Eschaton Mémoire is my favourite release with the participation of Poole and Blackburn it was only half true. I like this release by Skáphe very much, too. It's like a darker and totally torn brother of Eschaton Mémoire. Both are stellar work!
